What's your service level agreement when it comes to answering people question by email or phone?

I have sent few emails on different occasions but none were answered. I tried to call you few times on different occasions, and I think one I managed to get through. Your voicemail says we can email you if we can not get through by phone, and I did that but nobody responded to my email.

Are you guys having human resource shortage? When do we customer should expect to hear back from you when we email or phone?

i too, have sent 3 or 4 emails and havent gotten a reply?
 
Customer service is not what it used to be, thats for sure. I had some questions and most were answered in a pretty smart ass way..
 
Seems the person or persons that normally take care of things are out of country. I sent an email message about order placed and had a reply with in 24 hours thank you. Remember just because you press a button the world will not start turning just for you, have a great day all.

That applies only to someone who only tried one time to call/email and expect right away to be attended.

When someone calls and emails but no one attend them, then it is customer service issue. Remember in business one miss call is another revenue to the other business.
 
Unless that missed call is due to being oversea's and lining up more great deals... As mentioned above, if you want to pay more to get something quicker that's your choice. CanadaAmmo's business model is more based on giving the lowest possible cost on their products, and more often than not people are willing to wait a bit to save some coin.
 
I've got nothing but good things to say about dealing with them. When I bought my grizzy they where great to deal with and will buy more as soon as they get what I want in. They may be busy I'm sure it ain't cheap to email or phone a guy from china or where ever he is

No one here has said anything about us not willing to wait for the slow response. There is a difference between waiting then not getting a response back AT ALL. lol
 
I am currently overseas, but I can respond.

If you sent an email, there is a possibility we did not receive it. Did you also call?

please send an email to me at info@CanadaAmmo.com and I will reply within 5 mins of reading it, as I do.
 
Now there you have it. I hope the issue was catastrophic enough to have raised the fuss.
 
I call businesses dozens and dozens of times a day, in a variety of different industries. Sometimes it takes them a while to get back to me, sometimes it doesn't. If it's important, keep trying to get ahold of them. There are a bunch of board sponsors that I've called probably a half dozen times, but couldn't get through (most likely because they were busy). Not something you should get upset about, it's the reality of the information age.
 
Sorry about this but last night I was tired after a long day at a convention I thought it said theammosource, I have not purchased anything from Canadaammo but I hope to in the future

For the record Canadaammo has always responded to my inquiries professionally and promptly as possible. They seem to be a small company and can take a few days. If you're antsy just relax, you're not the only customer.

I haven't seem many negative things to say about this business.
