I think it's interesting at this point to "compare and contrast". NEA has had the sh*t kicked out of them on this site - *in some cases quite deservedly* for QC issue with their new production rifles, in each and every case they have jumped in early in the thread to deal with the customers issues in a quick and professional manner. One Shot had some customers with issues and likewise they dealt with them by jumping in, admitting the problem and assuming full responsibility for the successful solution to the problem. Likewise Wolverine, TSE, and pretty much everyone else in the business. Problems will happen, how they are dealt with defines the quality of the business. The silence from Questar in this thread is almost surreal, quite apart from their somewhat odd business practises, they used to react to this kind of thread in a fast, ethical and professional manner, and get the problem solved. It is very strange that there hasn't even been an attempt to answer, in the absence of any response from them, I as a potential customer am left to assume that what is written here is complete and correct, and that they have no intention of attempting to solve this - or any other - problem. Not the dealer for me, I guess.
