Cool new SIGs

Man, talking to you is like banging your head against the wall. Since when is the Inox considered a "basic" 92? Do a search on Guns America – you'll find plenty of blued 92's for under $500.

I'm pretty sure that's what places like Wolverine and TSE charge for them.

And who's Marstar, a non-profit charity?

Everyone's entitled to an opinion, even if that opinion is not particularly intelligent...saying that the NP-22 is pretty close to the P226 is like saying that Ford Taurus is almost as good as BMW M5.

X2 on KevinB's well said, you hit the nail on the head. IM_Luger; this is not an attack or insult of any manner, however I do believe the bulk of your issues with numerous pistols (H&Ks, SIGs, seen beefs with those two from you this week) has a financial base. You see, many of us here spend more money on firearms than we do on cars, simply because that is what we enjoy. Whether the gun costs $6500 or $650 is of little consequence at times so long as the price represents the fair market value and we believe the firearm to be desirable. I see merits in the guns such as the H&K P7; another pistol you attacked based on price. If I like the gun, I'll look into it further and decide how I can afford it; my point is I base my decisions on the firearm not the price tag. There's nothing wrong with spending within one's budget and shopping as such; but don't bash a gun simply on price tag alone, that's unjustified. My sentiment is if you think it costs too much, don't buy it, others will. If the price represents a fair market value (this has much more to it than simply what you "think" the gun is worth, such as supply and demand, import difficulties etc that quite reasonably inflate the price) then there's nothing to complain about and maligning the firearm is just plain backwards. Like the guys who talk down the G36, would I buy one? Probably not right now, yes, due to the price. However I never bash the gun based on price as given our market I feel the price they command is justified; just because it doesn't fit into my budget doesn't mean I talk it down to feel better about my AR, M96, SIG, whatever...

The only one I am interested in is the one that allows for C&L carry -
I like single action guns for certain things and I love Sig's so...

I have pruned a lot out of this topic.

If you so desperately think the price of guns is hiway robbery -1) Dont buy them 2) Start a thread on OT to rant about gouging.

- Cheers
