Couple of new XCR-M pics

I'm new on these and was wondering if all of the allen heads are captured bolts now so they don't rattle out when firing or is it still locktite and hope for the best . Even this comes from a nutnfancy vid as i don't know .

This is not from Robinson Arms but I participated in a survey (as an XCR-L owner) for XCR-M cartridges and the choice were:
  • 308 Win
  • 243 Win
  • 260 Rem

People were asking for 7mm-08 Rem , 338 Fed but the XCR-L owners were interested in 243 Win, 260 Rem and 308 Win.

This is not information from Robinson Arms but what XCR-L wanted in an XCR-M was crystal clear.

XCR-M predictions based on XCR-L history

I'm an 223 Rem XCR-L owner. What XCR-L was announced it was supposed to be available in 223 Rem, 7.62x39, 6.8 SPC and 6.5 Grendel.
233 Rem, 6.8 SPC and 7.62x39 came out and 6.5 Grendel never materialized.
300 Wishper was tried but some technical issues came out and as 6.5 Grendel, it never was delivered.
At the start of this year, 6x45 was promised. It's a very good idea, since developement should be minimal.

My XCR-M predictions are: 308 Win, followed by quickly by 243 Win. Later on, a 260 Rem or a 7-08 Win might appear. This is based on the fact that Robinson Arms is a small company and must avoid low volume sellers and that both 308 Win and 243 Win cartridges sell in huge volume. (7-08 Win is a low-medium volume seller and 260 Rem is a great cartridge with which does not sell well at all, like all 6.5s in North America).

It'd look pretty awesome with a G3 style stock, IMO.

They seem to look pretty good with the Magpul UBR. Also from what I read it helps balance them. The stock the XCR comes with is hideous. I guess it works ok, but for the price, it's pretty lame.

+1
the factory XCR stock is much too short for those of us not wearing a vest etc.

I quite like the ubr stocks on them, but I've only seen a few with them on.

Question is if I put a deposit on a RFB now will I get that first in six months later or the XCR-M will finally come out.
