Went coyote hunting last night and shot my first tripple. A group of three came in to 135 yards. I dropped the first one and the other two took off. I shot the second one on the run at 210 yards, and shot the third one at 276 yards as it stood and looked back for his buddies.
I went out again this morning to the same spot and shot two singles. One at 82 yards, and the other one at 187 yards. I used a 6mm Ithaca LSA-55 and each coyote dropped right where it was hit. I shot the 5 coyotes at a neighbours farm where he has a huge coyote infestation. I saw 7 other coyotes that never came in between last night and this morning.
The tripple is definetly something I will never forget, especially getting one on the run.
Last night and todays pictures.

Awesome feat. I'd love to try my hand at coyote hunting one day only to be reminded of the story of the CGNer who got three coyotes at the same time and one was running. Can't make this stuff up up man.
