Sweet rig. Have you shot it yet? How did your light hold up to being right at the ports of your flash hider?

Sorry, off topic. But what kind of flash lights are those on your pistols?

Only put 100 rounds through it , weather has been brutal here so all I did was sight in the Aimpoint... The light held up great , just a little spot on the side of it that wiped right off , the lens is still spotless.
 
So here's my take on the MK18...not an attempt at actually re-creating the real thing, but basically a Daniel Defense MK18 with a few little upgrades of my own.

DD MK18
KAC Micro front sight
KAC Micro 600m rear sight
KAC rail covers (stippled for better grip, also makes them just a bit slimmer)
KAC handstop (I have it reversed as I prefer more of a "push & pull" technique while shooting)
Geissele SSA trigger
Colt H2 buffer
Noveske Raptor charging handle
Noveske KX-3 muzzle device
Battle Arms ambi safety/selector lever
Magpul ASAP QD sling receiver end-plate
BCM Gunfighter Mod 3 grip
LMT SOPMOD stock
EOTech XPS2-0

Here is another option instead of the crazy expensive DBAL etc, which is basically useless here in Canada since they delete the IR features and laser power yet still want full price. It's not a perfect match but pretty good for the "price" and available in TAN.


NOTE: This is NOT compatible with the Insight rail mounted dual switch, it has a different connector. So it's not for the purists.
