They just changed one day from it being "an amalgamation of multiple platforms deriving its origins from no one variant".

To lumping it in with "variant or modified version of".

Yes sir...one completely locked up now (on video) never fired AND one with the gas block on at almost a perfect 45 degrees LOL and the gas tube is destroyed. Not to mention the LOL mark ups on some of these guns painted only (for an additional $2.5k!!!) on another site. These are meme guns at best. get a reciever set and build it yourself with QUALITY parts...but even then, still a little worrisome.

The receiver sets themselves should be fine, issues arise when companys cut costs using cheap parts like ncstar, tna and other chinese garbage. Id plan to build them out as ive always loved the ar10 platform but stags are gone

No, they used the cheapest bare minimum and parts bin quality components. This is all done to turn the maximum amount of profit as there is no other competition in the market, literally zero competition. I can understand messing up an AK build when it comes to rivets and other small headaches with parts suppliers etc, it is totally understandable but at the same time an AR can be built so easily and by nearly anyone as long as they are given the correct parts and instructions to do so, reliably on top of that. Overall a 1 off product for the Canadian market such as the crypto should have been built to much higher standards so customers could just unbox, shoot, and enjoy.

If it is n-r, the gov't will be accused of putting an assault weapon on the streets, notwithstanding its announced evergreen policy. If it is prohibited, there is another outcry.

To anyone wondering about shipping times from Crusader, I purchased a receiver set on the 10th of September, and was just told that they won't be shipping things out for another 14-21 days due to part delays at the border. They are waiting on the receiver pins

For those still waiting on shipping, its been about 14 days since I asked and still nothing. Has anyone received their receiver set yet? Hopefully by next week Ill get the shipping info for mine.
