You can't judge future imported price by a tiny sample of, no doubt, "grey market" imported ammo.
There's no reason it shouldn't remain well below the price of Czech ammo except for the fact that we pay more for pretty much everything gun related here.
For example, the Americans get brand new, non-corrosive, Russian made 7.62x39 for $200/1000.
