has anyone ever sent there gun in to north sylva? whats the turnaround time like ? I realize it would be a bit longer due the Canada post back log. also I may not be covered by sylva since I bought it used.
is there an easy way for me to verify head space on my own?
i would never send anything to north sylva. Their company is a joke. It will sit on a shelf for months and then they will send it back and say nothing is wrong with it.
With that said, it may be within spec still. The bolt carrier is still making contact with the receiver so the head space is probably just on the tight side.
If it doesnt fail to feed (bolt close on a live round) i wouldnt worry about it. Mind you im not a gun smith and its just an opinion.
