Trying to remove the lower HG to install the FAB defense stuff. Im having a hell of a time getting the pin out for the lower HG. Is there a certain side you need to punch it from? Everything I find is for the CZ rifles, not sure if its different on the CSA models.

Thanks

I'm having the same problems, couldn't get it out during the last 15 so times I tried. Ended up taking my rifle back to the gun shop and after the staff tried extracting the pin I was told that it would have to be drilled out. Dunno if it's just the 2014 models or what, but it's definitely proving to be a PITA on my end.

1/8 punch and a mallet. I just started by giving it a bunch of fairly good whacks. Love taps at first then a couple heavy whacks and it was enough to shake it loose.

If only this were actually as "simple" as the video, lmao.

Huh, and here I had given up after trying just about everything... maybe I should buy a new set of punches and see if that makes a difference on my end.

Well, it was a labour of love. Several hours and much frustration later i got the FAB handguards installed and the CSA Magwell Adapter as well.
I have to say I am VERY impressed with the handguards. The quality is fantastic, and there is absolutely zero play. Unfortunately my PMags and CAA mags do not work with the magwell, but my USGI mags and LAR mags seems to cycle rounds just fine.

Now if only i could get the buffer tube to stay still.

Something is definitely screwy, thats for sure :( Anyways thanks for all the help guys.

The Buffer tube all the way tight is probly 5-10 degrees from where it should be.

Is there anything course of action to correct this?
