Does anyone know of where one can purchase the CZ 457 22LR 10 round polymer magazines? I have 5 rd and 25 rd mags (some ammo doesn’t like 25 rd mags)

ND makes a 15 rd mag.

It’s a bit pricey for my tastes but maybe it would be what a person should use. 5 is too little 25 is often too many.

Google searching using the CZ product number will give you the best results.

Number for the polymer 10rd 22LR mags is
5133-1200-02ND

Doctor Deals has 14 in stock. Cabela's prices for CZ mags is atrocious.

When searching for parts-dealers-etc I always just type -" CZ-457 10-round mag CANADA " and get lotsa hits w/o most USA dealers. Then do your shopping . . .

Yes, Adding Kanuckistan to the end of a search is very helpful. Most things don’t ship from there to here or vice versa.

Just a note RE mags. When I got my CZ457 I 'relieved' the mag well opening to allow easier insertion. It funnels the mag in so I don't have to 'look for it'. I just used a file on both the bottom metal and the plastic well, took a half-hour or so.

Q for those regularly using 10rd mags.
Are you using the oem mag release, or have you upgraded to an extended mag release, and what brand?

my 5rd mags are fine , but on my 455 its very tricky to get my fingernail in location to get the release with the steel 10rd. And i see that 1 brand of extended release states to not use it with 10rd mags.

Left... - in the pic above my 457 has the "old style" Anarchy outdoors extended release. About 1/4" longer than OEM. My 455 has OEM and works fine, I don't use my 'fingernail'. Just the side of my finger, like pulling the trigger. And I haven't 'relieved' the bottom of that rifle, it seems easier to hit with a mag. And I use both 5 & 10-rounders, even One 10-metal. I bought several plastic ones from DRdeals.
The "New" AO release has a 'paddle' but I don't see the need for that large a tab. Maybe for with gloves in Winter?
PS - I just went and checked both rifles to check my memory - I haven't shot for a couple months. The 455 with OEM is harder to pull with the side of my finger, but still do-able. Maybe your fingers are thicker than mine ? I plan to drill the OEM and stick a piece of wire in it, and maybe JB to 'thicken' it. I did that on one of my S-64s, looks bubba but works great. The other 64 I just put the wire in and 'curled it' to avoid 'pointy thing'.

I have gravitated to using only the CZ polymer 10 round mags for my 457. No issues. Prefer them in terms of handling and feel, over the metal ones.
