CZ 527 Varmint/Target Rifles VS Remington 700

Maybe right tjhaile comparing to the Remingtons made today but go back to the 60s & 70s Remington was making some nice rifles

Yeah, if you like pressed checkering in a fleur-de-lys pattern and white line spacers. :p

Brno Mini Mausers (the direct ancestor of today's CZ 527) from the '60s and '70s were still nicer rifles than Remington 700s of the same vintage.
 
I had a similar debate and went Euro.....CZ550 Varmint in .308. It's my first rifle and I think it makes me look pretty good as a shooter. lol

I got it from a small dealer in Alberta, he has another one in stock that I know of.
