Same boat, will probably sit around until it gets a hand me down scope. Never owned a CZ bolt either so a cheap way of getting some time with one!I had zero need, probably won't shoot it within the next 12 months but for cheaper then a savage axis 2 I had to buy one. Thanks for the deal
Are you guys tracking this recall and are you confirming if these rifles are affected?

Absolutely!Ipscshooters, that's great service! And the rifle looks GREAT, thanks for posting.
Thanks for posting your initial impressions of the rifle Ipscshooters, I like that you note its lightness. With it being chambered in 7.62x39 recoil won't be a concern.Ipscshooters, that's great service! And the rifle looks GREAT, thanks for posting
Absolutely!
Iam very excited, these things are light which I like, bolt has a nice medium length throw, way smoother right out of the box than any Ruger American Ranch I have ever handled, no "zipper sound" definitely closer to smoothness of a Tikka, I have not had time to strip, clean and lube yet though, possibly next weekend.
The firing pin was in the "fired" position so I could not inset the bolt, I could not figure out how to depress it by hand manually like older style bolt action rifles
I had to watch a YouTube video on how to "reset it" as I'm not use to using the tool provided
Here is a link if anyone is not familiar
