CZ 858 .22LR Conversion kit. SALE SPECIAL

That conversion sure doesn't take long. Might need another gun to add to want/need list. That list never seems to go away, no matter how many I buy.

One of these that works in a vz58 .223 with a mag adapter would rule. You could use the Ar .22 mags that are already out there and the barrel is already close enough. If this is made I will yell shut up and take my money.

Actually we provide various barrell lengths (whereas the 477 and 473 lenghts - CSA and CZUB - are coverred with just one barrel length)... Since the chamber is not part of the barrel, it is easy enough to switch.

BTW: The conversion kit can be used for the .223 caliber as well - for those, who owe the 5.56 NATO version...

Let me get this right, you do not even need a barrel sleeve in the CSA .223 versions with this adaptor, and with a mag well conversion you can use black dog mags?

I want one too.

My ONLY complaint, now that they are making "high capacity" mags, is the charging handle doesn't operate true to the original, doesn't lock back, etc, BUT this is pretty darn cool!!!

15.5 inch full stocked VZ58 in .22lr..... sounds non-restricted....

I was going to suggest that if the caliber change was performed, and rendered permanent, by means of a weld(s), could the classification of the restricted 15.4" carbine be downgraded to non-restricted?? (that would be cool)

Actually, even those super short VZ's could be downgraded to non restricted if the folding stock gets fixed permanently in the open position, or the wooden stock gets installed.

I don't see why it would have to be permanent. Do you have to weld the longer barrel on a BRS99? No. I don't think there is any basis in the law for the permanent part.
