I don't think so, the spent cartriges don't exit vertically. What I'd be more concerned about is not being able to use stripper clips, and having to zero the scope/sight in after every cleaning.
So the 'tab' that this assembly locks down on @ the stock/reciever interface, looks to be custom to the AK- not that the system couldn't be adapted to the VZ/CZ. Do you have the URL to the manufacturer of that slick piece O' kit...?
Hint: There is a rivet up front of the triggerguard that holds the whole shebang.
It would be an easy task to grind the rivet's head from the inside and pop it off then incorporate an integral triggerguard in the mount's design.
The rivet's hole could be the anchor point we need if we replace it with a thru bolt with a nylock head or some kind of brake to avoid loosening. Could also be a flathead bolt which would screw from the inside into the scopemount/triggerguard part with an external counternut as brake.
