CZ 858 Wood Furniture

169.99 for grade II mismatch

are these the prices for this shipment?
 
The CZ 858 Furniture sets should be on our web page today, but they didn't make it, that is why they show out of stock, but they are here, should be available to purchase tomorrow. These are all in very good to excellent used condition, we have sorted and graded them by hand as they were shipped in bulk. Top handgun has metal fitting but no other hardware is included. There will be slight variations in condition even with in grades.

Grade I Close to matching colours, minimum blemishes. Choice of light or dark (whilst both are available) $195.00

Grade II Miss matched colours blemished. $169.00

Prices are plus shipping and tax.

if u want to sand it down and refinish go for light if u wanna keep it original go for dark grade I

That seems like a whole lot of effort/work lol. I would though obviously. Personally I like a dark reddish colour.

Hey Mr Wolverine I tried to PM you but I know u are a busy guy and mailbox will blow up it u were allowed to receive PMs

If there are any extra top handguards available for separate purchase.....or if there were any sets that are less then grade I or 2 that wernt worthy for sale on your site PM me let's work a deal on the leftovers (if there are any)

We don't use PM on this sight please send an e-mail to: John@wolverinesupplies.com. I am not sure what odds and ends we were left with. I think we were short top hand guards.

no man it shouldnt be bad at all.....i have acquired several set and gonna work on them when i got time....its not much wood to sand at all....just work on it in your spare time...i wouldnt rush.....and yes i wanna do one up russian red....there alot of guys who ohave done them on the site and they look amazing.....just google ways to refinish woods there tons of info!

Wow just WOW!!!!!! that's the most beautiful thing I've seen since the 858s first came to canada!!!! There some beautiful light red colored sets there oh my!

My first tip, as with surplus stocks, is to scrub them in hot water and caustic soda to remove any oil and cosmoline. Let them dry well. Very lightly sand, steam out any dents, try it, it is real easy, then stain if you choose and finish with an oil. The whole process is very simple and cheap to do and you will have pride in the fact that you did the job yourself.
 
1 thing I'm struggling with. Every picture I've seen of the cz Army using this rifle, it's all beaver barf not real wood. When was the wood used? I like to keep everything as original as possible
 
Will they be up on the website tonight? or should I call and order in the AM? Will there be any spares of parts? Iam also looking for a complete handguard for another project stock set I've been acquiring.

when the vz58 was first issued it used wood stocks then the transition was made into the beaver barf stocks. The woods stocks pre-date the beaver barf
