We're looking at making a run of CZ Bren 2 7.62x39 Non-Restricted rifles, similar to what we're doing with the .223 Wylde version.

We need to hit a minimum threshold to make this project viable. If you want one of these rifles, please make an order here:

We can still offer the HB industries 13.8" MLOK handguard to help balance out the rifle:

Caveats;
Checking out on the website will place an authorization on your card for the firearm.
If we meet the threshhold for orders, then we will capture the funds.
If there's not enough interest in this project, then we'll void the transaction and you won't be charged a dime.
You can cancel your order up until the time that we capture funds.
Delivery is estimated between Mid August and Mid September.
Dlask will be handling the conversion, as per last time

Very tempted, but Jeez, these interest rates keep going up.
Ammo to feed them keeps going up. (Federal 223 used to be on sale for <$400 a case :( )
Gonna have to tighten the belt a bit….

Decisions decisions…. Crap.

I'm interesting, I havent purchased firearms in years but this surly scratches an itch! These will come as full non restricted or do you have to register the rifle as restricted before? How is this process works now-a-days? If one purchased a rifle it is basically registered since they have your app for that rifle and unless you sell it it will be expected to be in your possession right?

Hey Guys,
Sorry, We killed the project due to lack of interest. Feel free to post if you're still interested in this and we'll re-gauge interest in a bit.
Cheers!

I am only one in Canada who signed up for one. Marstar called me and explained why they had to cancel project. Hope enough members show interest on here and it gets off the ground. #1 Ammo is third of price as .223, #2 Ammo is big enough to hunt with in provinces that .223 is a varmint control round only. -#3 Ammo is readily available in large quantities and used by the majority of countries that could possibly invade us.

CZ should have made it with the ability to use AK mags. And having the extra expense of getting a longer handgaurd to balance it out was a deal breaker for me:(
It was good of Marstar to take the initiative and check the market.
