Accuracy? Can we see some groups on target, please?

Well If all else fails and no one posts proof of groups... I should hopefully be getting mine next week. I'm only 10 minutes from a gravel pit so I'll have reports shortly. Will probably take my shv off of my bolt gun to test it at 100. Not sure if I'm going to run a red dot or lpvo yet..

Anyone shoot this gun left handed? Doesnt look like brass in the face should be a problem.
I'm thinking of going with the AR style buffer tube and Magpul CTR which I can just pull of my AR.

Thanks for that! I'm not looking for "proof" of anything in particular, I am simply curious whether or not the longer barrel will make a positive difference when it comes to accuracy. Definitely increased velocity, but what about accuracy? Theoretically, it should be the same regardless of Barrel length, assuming that the Barrels in question are of equal quality to begin with. I suppose that is the real question. The Bren 2 Barrels are CHF and Heat-Treated when all is said and done. I can attest to the heat-treatment, as my 14" Barrel appears to be equally accurate whether hot or cold, holding right around 2 MOA with (currently) Aguilla 55 gr FMJ ammo. I will post some targets this week if all goes according to plan, as I am supposed to meet up with a local CGNer to give him some time on my APC 308. I will shoot some Bren 2 targets at the same time and post them up here for comparison.

I like that longer handguard. Where did you get it, and does it allow easy access to adjust the gas?

It's an HB Industries, CTCS brought some in. Otherwise A Z T E C H armory is the other way to snag one.
Looks like it requires you to take the section of rail (just above gas regulator) off to adjust the gas system

You can do without unless you have ham hands

I was under the impression that removing the rail piece allows you to remove the gas system for cleaning... where as you should definitely be able to adjust it with the rail section still installed using a bullet or another pointy object. I ordered a 13.8 inch one. If you want one I'd act fast... their cut off for a mid December delivery is November 5th.
