Definately a black rifle.

I would prefer medium fluted barrels.

Heavy barrels while they don't build up heat as fast do not cool as faster either. Good for a DMR or sustained fire role.

Thinner barrels heat up faster but also cool down faster.

The medium is perfect and fluting would only make it cool down faster and add barrel stiffness.

A fluted medium contour will be less stiff than an unfluted barrel of the same diameter. You can't add rigidity by removing area from your cross-section.

A fluted barrel of the same weight as a smaller diameter unfluted barrel will, however, be the stiffer of the two.

Fluted barrels are stiffer for a given weight, but unfluted ones are stiffer for a given diameter.

The Czech Republic is part of NATO and the rifle fires 5.56mm NATO ammo. It's also black. If it had been designed during the communist era I'd say red rifle. It has all the characteristics of a black rifle. The Czechs aren't commies anymore so if they ain't red it ain't red.
