CZ Shadow - Where have you been all my life?

My first hangun purchase in February took 5 weeks for the Transfer ATT and STATT. My second one (the Shadow) in June took 2 1/2 weeks.

Find a new shop, I get my ATT in 24hrs. flat.

going on 2 weeks now...

First one took 5 weeks. My second one took 2 1/2 weeks.

4 days later I get a call from my local gun shop...

I had both my AR and this new CZ within 2 days after paying, because it was Friday afternoon/evening both times when I bought the guns.

I waited about 15 minutes for my LTATT & STATT initially, and the second STATT & transfer notice for the CZ was emailed to me within 5 minutes of me calling.

If I had of been at the store @ 10am last week, I coulda had my CZ & all paperwork by noon... Albertas' CFO office rocks !

I just put 300 rounds thru my Shadow's first outing last night.

Flawless and spectacular shooting ability.

Absolutely living up to all the reviews I did before buying.

I have to say of all the pistols I have tried so far of any caliber the CZ Shadow is by far the best out of the box.Excellent fit and finish and very comfortable and accurate.Put's many of the big brand name's to shame..imo..

Most of the CZ line are awesome shooters...but the Shadow is amazing. I don't own one, but I've shot a friends a bunch. So of course you know what that means...build up the bank and away we go...can't wait!

What about the first shot, in DA? I dry fired a standard and a Canadian Edition Shadow at a dealer at found the take up quite long. Sure, I compared them with strikers like Walther PPQ and Steyr M9 A1, but still ...

The idea that the DA trigger is somehow a deficiency is a myth. You simply pull the trigger and don't move the front sight.

Absolutely, that's where mine came from...and it is flawless. Best decision I've ever made regarding handguns.

Shadows are fantastic pistols. Just wait until you break it in with a 1000rds. It will be buttery smooth.

I purchased mine used on the EE. The first time I shot it was at an IPSC practice. I shot better on those four stages than I had ever shot up to that point. First time with the gun!
