Thx, I forgot about the hammer and safety, I did not like the thin safety and changed it for an extended one. As for the trigger did not think there was any difference, but sense Canuck44 has both and says the trigger is better on the shadow line, and the trigger on my Shadowline is great as well, then it must have been tuned a little. But I still can’t see why the so-01 shadow line costs more than the shadow 2, dont get me wrong I love mine, and if thats what people want to get, who am I to argue with them. I’m of the mind set if thats you want and think it worth it then It does not matter what anyone else thinks. Just curious about the prise differences.

Earlier this summer I got mine for $1200 at FOC
Kaberday the Shadow2 is a Production specific pistol. Made for the that Division. The Shdowlines, both the SP-01 and the 75 in view are somewhat more versatile IMHO. Too, it might just be the importer misjudged demand for the Shadow2. If there are lots around chasing to few shooters prices tend to fall. Just guessing but economics of supply and demand are always in play.
If you don't compete in IPSC I am not sure why the Shadow2 would be of interest. Lots of models out there with more versatility for the same or for a lot less money.

Hey Bob,
I do plan on getting into IPSC eventually, maybe take the black badge course next year. But even if I was not planning on getting into IPSC, I would still get the shadow 2, I think for the money it’s a grat pistol and I have really come to appreciate the CZ pistols.
You do raise a good a point and I have wondered about a production specific pistol vs sp-01.
