CZ are coming out with a CZ SP01 with a polymer frame (adjustable backstraps and all of that jazz).
Not sure if a safety model is coming out (the one pictured has a decocker), and the major difference seems to be a reduced unloaded weight of 800 grams (rather than 1162 grams).
Since I think that the SP01 is pretty much the best new thing since sliced bread in terms of production type pistols I would say that it could make a bit of a splash as a duty pistol / IDPA pistol.
I read on an Australian IPSC forum that the Phantom is embargoed from civilian use until March 2008, so I guess we could see it sometime after that.

Cant say im too excited about this one. I currently have the Shadow and absolutly love it. Some pistols should remain all steel construction and I think this would be one of them.
