The decision was made here at Dlask Arms Corp. last December to surrender the position of being the CZ Warranty Depot for Canada. We have received our last shipment of spare parts and as of Feb.1. 2016 are now no longer affiliated in any official capacity with Ceska Zbrojovka,UB.

All remaining warranty issues here will be shipped to the new Warranty Depot, Grech Outdoors Inc. in Mount Forest, Ont. If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding a CZ product please contact Grech Outdoors directly.

Thank you all for your patience in dealing with CZ warranty issues while we were the Canadian Depot, we really do appreciate it.

Cheers,

Leigh

Thanks for the heads up. I broke my slide-stop a couple months ago and have yet to get the warranty thing rolling. I tried a month ago but was told the warranty center was in the process of moving and to wait.

LMFAO Grech is a joke. My mossberg was treated like crap by them.

You're better off getting a monkey at the zoo and giving him a hammer to fix your gun.

I have also had a poor experience at Grech. They are more interested in how CZ will pay them then helping you with a legitimate claim. They were unable to properly diagnose my defective 455 .22 LR chamber/throat and I had to return a second time after purchasing a bore scope and show them pictures. They had a bore scope all along and never checked in the first place! I had to argue that it was a defect with them just to get them to send the pictures to CZ they kept saying "it's a factory barrel they're all like that!". Clearly not knowledgeable about rimfire and rimfire precision and a poor ambassador for the CZ brand. We need something like CZ-USA or to be able to send our firearms in to them!

I sent Grech a 20"590A1 factory ghost ring barrel for warranty replacement. Just the barrel. 6 months later he sends me a clearly used 20" blackwater barrel. Wrong front sight.
9 months later I had a new barrel but only after contacting Mossberg directly.

I've had some work done and the turn around was great. The one employee, bigger guy, not the owner is great to deal with. Funny I was in the other day and dealt with a female employee. you could cut the tension in that place with a knife. I felt like I was to get what I needed and get the F@%k out. Too bad there was a nice Savage MkII on the shelf, but didn't dare ask to see it, I don't need crap like that.
