So I checked with a 5 $ bill and found that my barrel on my cz455 synthetic stock/stainless action is not free floating . Is this normal on these rifles or did I just get a bad one ? Asking cause I’ve noticed less acccurwcy when using a bi pod .

I have a 455 Varmint that was fully free floated from the factory. With a bit of sanding you shouldn't have a problem opening up the barrel channel of your stock enough for it to free float.

Have the same problem, has the room to be free floated but is in contact with one side of the stock. Wooden instead of synthetic
