It's a CZ550 in 375 H&H in a Boyd's laminate stock with a VX3 1.5-5X mounted. I put a slip on limb saver on the lengthen LOP and soften recoil. 20rnds of Federal blue box 300gr down range today. On the bench in a less than ideal position it stings, but not brutal. Good bench position, or a decent offhand position it feels like a hot 30-06. Off the bench it put 3rnds in 1/2"@100M. Not taking too much from 1 group, but definitely does the job for me. I'm at least the 2nd owner, thanks to Prophet River for making this mine. I've been shooting a Savage 116 FCSS 30-06 (accoutrigger) several hundred rnds a year lately. The CZ trigger and Boyd's stock are far better than Savage's offering. Yes, the CZ is heavy, but easier to shoot offhand with a hasty arm sling. I will get the barrel shortened to 19-20" at some point for ease of logistics. I've got a lot of Soeer 270s to reload, and some 250GMX for hunting.
