Hey guys, has anyone had issues with CZ stocks on 30-06 rifles? I have a CZ550FS and it broke the first stock within 300 rounds, then the replacement went after less than 60. CZ is suggesting the second one failed due to improper fitting, but I am certain the stock was not too tight, and if it was too loose there's not much that can be done to remedy a poorly fitting stock (and I would have noticed play between the receiver and the stock). I can add pictures to the thread if people want to see. If they won't replace this second stock, I'm out at least $300. What gets me is that if it was a fitment issue, I don't imagine the stock would have failed as catastrophically and immediately as it did. It split at the forearm from the outside through and through to the inside, and the split is over 7 inches long. Thoughts?
