That was pretty much how we choose which rifles to shoot. I shot the CZ805, the galil, G3, PKM, M60, and a m249 para. Good times were had by all.
A little more detail on my experience with the CZ 805:
It shot incredibly flat. It was very easy to stay on target for followup shots. Recoil impulse seemed less than my Tavor. Not that it would matter for us, but the two round burst was extremely controllable and a lot of fun. Instant controlled pairs. It was a short barrel variant with a decent muzzle device on it, so it isn't directly comparable to my 18.5" tavor. I'm going to go to a better muzzle brake on my Tavor and see if it is similar. Because it was short barreled, the balance was nice. I don't think it would be the same in a full size rifle, but I would still buy one.
Despite shooting some belt feds, the 805 was definitely the most fun to shoot of the bunch. I also really enjoyed the PKM and 249. I really wanted to just shoot the 805 all afternoon, but it would have cost me a fortune.
