Daewoo Goodness

I know a lot but far from know everything. I do own a FAL lower haha does that count?

Now you just need to find the rest & you can have one too (if you have the proper endorsement) ;)

There was a Daewoo sold at the Ward/Haynes auction earlier in the year in Edmonton. First guy bought it didn't understand what a 12(5) prohibited rifle was so they had to re sell it. I came close to buying it but would just have been another prohibited rifle in my safes that I would never shoot. As far as I remember it was in excellent condition and sold for about $450. Phil.

Ugh. I'd spend that everyday and twice on Sunday.

Nice rifle H2O how is pic rail attached? My old man had one growing up and He just had the irons.
Sadly after they went prohibit the only 12.5 he kept was his G3.

The upper is tapped at the factory for an optic rail.
Remove two screws, and install your rail - that easy.
I am using the low rail.

$450 is a good price for a safe queen

That's the same thought I had to round out some of the missing guns in my 12(5) collection. Currently I have an FN-L1, HK91, AK47 that never get shot and I am always moving guns around to get to the ones that do get used. It was more of a space thing but I almost bought it...there will be more 12(5) guns being sold in the future and unfortunately with less people still grandfathered the prices are going down. Sad really that these iconic guns are relegated to safe queens. My gun buddies have put more wear and tear on these guns just fondling them in my gun room as I have never fired these specimens. Phil.

Unfortunate for sellers not buyers ;)

Screw them I like the 12-3s and the 12-5s and am always tempted to get another one if I can afford it, or someone is interested in trades.
I would trade a 223 AKM for a 7.62 X 39 to put in my collection.
I have an FN FAL that's in Ottawa since January or Feb. 2014 they haven't got around to inspecting it yet. It takes 18 months that's on the early side of their scale. It was nice that we spent taxpayers dollars so the people from the CFC could attend the Shot Show, in Vegas.
Where can I find a scope base for a Daewoo a friend of mine is searching for one?
