DAM BARTELL now I have to drive to fort fraser tonight because the kid has a mulie doe waiting for him, AND ITS RAINING, ON MY DAY OFF AGAIN DAM YOU!!!!!!!!!

OH and now the kid wants camo to boot???? guess we will see you friday..and Im bringing back-up....foxer says he owes you a:kickInTheNuts: :D:D

well we didnt get a deer the other night I screwed up and blew it, deer were beded down in a gully and we decided to stalk the edge I let Chris go at it for a 100 yards and held back, I should have known that they would run for the timber side , and they did, oh well still 3 weeks left to get one and moose opener is tommorow morning here so deer can wait!
 
DAM BARTELL you couldnt even be at work last night when we rolled in, I hate your store it costs me money every time I walk in there :D

and please let the folks that were working last night know again it was the best freindliest service we found out of every sporting good store between smithers and PG (no sh!t)

2 hours till daybreak for us and were into opening morning for swamp donkeys here, I had to come on and brag up Omineca sporting goods again (think that lady talked me into a bowtech bow last night as well :mad:, there goes $1500 :D )
 
well we found a COW moose ( and a pile of hunters) week left yet, its raining here thismorning and warm out, we also found 1 size large by huge black bear... he had an agenda that wasnt working with ours at the time, when we spotted him he was about 1.5kms on a higher road and acting weird (for a bear) by the time we got up there he was long gone but in the binos when he crossed the road I would have given him a honest 7 foot+ (they also lit all the logging slash piles here on friday so bush is full of smoke right now making it a bit chalenging to find anything.

PS Ken weres my camo hat, gave that foxer guy one geeze?
 
I know Ken was just kicking him, yesterday was a bust , it poured rain so hard they shut the logging down here as roads were giving out, by noon it was heavy snowfall, I had a minor issue to deal with called getting teeth pulled, so that kind of slowed me down a bit , we did try an area last night but it was just to wet and crappy outside, going to try up the mountain again thismorning see if anything moved last night in the fresh snow

and that foxer guy just likes food haha
-halibut and chips
-moose ribs in dry garlic sause
-freerange chicken and fresh garden veggies

yea hes not starving around here yet ;)
 
well day 4 is half over, no moose thismorning, it poured rain here most of the night and the wind didnt let up until well after sunrise, BUT we had a ace up the sleve and knew of a small parcell of private property in region 7-13 which has a youth only antlerless mule deer season and we had permision to hunt from the owner

Chris and Foxer with Chris's 1st doe, 140Gr accubond from a 270wsm, DAM BARTELL those accubonds SUCK DONKEY BALLZ, bullet FAILED @ 25 yards came apart on impact exit WOUNDS empisise the S in wounds also leaving no shock trauma whatsoever but blew the heart into about as big a pile of burger as I have ever seen (yea we have a pic but its not pretty! )

anyhow who cares now the deer dropped like it was hit with a sledgehammer over the head, time to skin her out and get ready for moose this evening
