Davide Pedersoli Jackal 44 Pump-Action Rifle - .44 Mag., 19" Threaded

Although $2449.99 seems a little expensive, it's a lot better than the scalper named A.B.bound from Gun-Post.

He's asking $3750.00 for the exact same rifle........:(

He ads a few accessories for his ridiculous asking price, but those firearm scalpers are scum-bags in my opinion.......:(

I'm not sure what is worse, the scalper asking $1000.00 over retail, or the idiots who actually pay these jacked up gun prices.......

Could be some guy telling his partner...... "I'm trying to sell it but it's a tight economy right now and there doesn't seem to be as many buyers"

I don't go on gun-post but a grand over retail for a used gun in that price range seems more like self sabotage then greed.

Nope, this guy has over 12 different firearms for sale, all at ridiculous over-inflated prices.....:(

He has been doing this for close to four years, has a 5-star trader rating with 243 transactions. So definitely not a guy lying to his wife.

What astonishes me is he has 243 transactions, so the money he is making will be colossal.

I spoke with another scalper who also is here on Gunnutz, he stated he can make over $20,000.00 in one month. He buys the guns from Irunguns (IRG), marks them up $500.00-$1000.00 and advertises on Gun-Post, Gunnutz, and Town-Post.

Now before all the other capitalist pigs start squealing about a free enterprise crap, I will say this idea of screwing other gun owners or potential gun owners is appalling. I understand if someone wants to make a few bucks by selling the new guns they buy, however marking up guns by $500.00 over retail, or $1000.00 over retail is ridiculous.

And yes, I too could do this, but I would not cheat potential firearms owners to the tune of a $1000.00 per gun.

I'm sure the Liberal creeps and mouth-pieces here on Gunnutz might squawk about my comments, however I don't really give a sh!t!.....:ROFLMAO:

20 grand a month flipping guns at a grand over retail seems like a stretch... no doubt these business people are contributing a lot in taxes from all the profit they are generating....

The tax collectors are trying to go after unrealized gains today, no doubt they will happily use new tech to go looking through online information to sift out the people making 20 grand a month reselling guns online with no business licence or disclosure.

I don't have an issue with people maximizing profit in general, even though it's not my thing,,,, but if your doing over 100 grand a year it's not the same as flipping a couple of guns or renting out your house for a couple weeks while your on vacation once or twice a year.

I spoke with the fellow on the phone, he was worried about all the money he is making because of the possible threat of the CRA. I have no doubt he made the $20,000.00 as he stated. He is a retired RCMP member, and has been bringing in Ruger/Marlin lever guns and the Ruger Alaskan Stainless/Laminate 35 Whelan rifles and the 9.3x62 Alaskan Rifles from the USA.

If business is that good he should just get a licence, thought no doubt giving half or more to the govt might take some of the joy out of it... at some point you know things are bad when the system is disincentivizing people from being entrepreneurs.

Who’s the dummy, someone asking $1000 and getting it over retail or the guy buying it off the guy selling it $1000 over retail?
This too!

I can't believe the stupidity of people.....:(

I guess there are a lot of stupid wealthy gun buyers out there.......

There are three guys who are doing this practice on Gun-Post, two of them are also here on Gunnutz. So it happens here too.......:(

He's also asking $9500.00 for a custom Mad Pig Designs Ruger/Marlin in 45-70............:oops::ROFLMAO:

I guess one really cannot fix stupidity.........:(

You will have to type in Gun-Post into the ####### bull-sh!t to see the link. Without out the hyphen or capital letters.

IMHO, if you really want something just pay the ask. Life is too short.

Im not saying do this for every gun but for those on your "gotta have" list.

I missed out on a Timberwolf pump. The next time an EX condition Timberwolf came up on the EE I did a "I'll take it" at the ask and waited anxiously until his PM saying it was mine.

Money, you can't take it with you over the river Styx........

Honest question, looks like a beautiful gun, but what advantages would this have over a traditional 44 lever action?
Because it feels like pure ### in the hands. I handled one at CSC when they had them earlier this spring. Probably the nicest manual arm ive ever fondled. Its like a well worn in Browning BPS but short throw and in 44 lol. Definitely purchasing one by years end.

The pump action will be generally a hair quicker to work off hand.
With some practice a lever can be worked quite quickly without removing the buttstock from the shoulder and maintaining the gun on target but it's easier for most people with a pump where the action is straight back and then straight forward.

At a bench or shooting prone I'd rather have an action where the mechanism is to the rear so the front support doesn't have to move.

No doubt, for some guns it's better to roll the dice then ask a bunch of questions or for some pictures while someone else is typing "I'll take it!"

Some buyers value convenience of going on GP over doing their own 3 seconds of Google to import their own firearms

Some people are just naive and have more money than experience

Some big retailers charge more than other big retailers.

None of it matters to me, I am not forced to pay for overpriced things, in any market, when there are better options
