Day at the range with TriggerTech

Was just playing with the mule trigger in a Coyote again today, its addictive!! Chris has it set to 1.75 pounds and wow, just wow. No slam fires, no adjustments for you to mess up and create an unsafe trigger, just a sweet trigger every pull. I'll go into the shop and see someone sitting there just dry firing it and it makes its way around the shop LOL

We'll be shipping in the next couple weeks. I will be sure to keep you all posted. Once we get the first batch rolling, there shouldn't be a delay between orders.

Cheers,

TT

I know it was said somewhere in a different post but I cannot find it, where can a guy get on a preorder list for the Rem700 trigger?

I will be using these triggers when they arrive, too much positive chatter to ignore and with a price that seems too good to be true. I have 4 Jewell triggers that will be up for sale soon and I fear they will be worth a fraction of what I paid for them lol. Can't wait!

That 1.75lbs is stunning to say the least!

Im suspecting the EE will be nothing short of overflowing with Jewels, RifleBasix, 40x's etc etc when these get unleashed.... to anyone whos preordered you will NOT be dissapointed thats for darn sure! :d

I realize that companies rely on pre orders to schedule production runs but I hate the way that products these days are overhyped before the general public gets their hands on actual product.
We have people foreseeing a mass sell off of Jewell, RifleBasix and other triggers without having even fired one.

We don't have to look back too far to Timney's release of their Tavor trigger to see a major blunder.
In less than 14 days after the official release they had to go back to the drawing board to redesign it due to light primer strikes.
That was at the same time they were trying to produce a record number of Remington 700 triggers since many people didn't want to send their rifles back to Remington for unsafe factory triggers.

I am not wishing for something bad to happen but it is usually wise to walk before you run.

I cant speak for any other individuals comments in this thread about a mass sell off... but I fully stand behind my opinion on TT's trigger, this is the most incredible single stage trigger I have ever encountered... and yes, Ive installed/demo'd/beat up/fired/fondled & dry fired the one(s) we've received... just sayin ;)

Having met some of the brilliant members of the TT crew, I cannot wait to see all further platforms they have in the works for the future! May have to get an AR again! :p

Has anyone heard if they plan on making a Rem700 model with a lower pull weight? I realize I probably won't use a lighter trigger weight as both my Jewel's are set at ~1.5lbs but I do like the fact that they are capable of going lower IF I so choose.

I think you must've missed the earlier thread when they announced these new triggers. They mentioned a 3oz-3lb trigger is in the works. I'll be waiting to jump on that band wagon. :)

Yes I must have. I thought I checked in the forums too much already and here I find out I'm missing stuff. Grrrr.

So where do I go to follow the progress of the lighter weight trigger? That lighter pull weight definitely has my interest.

They mentioned that it was on their list but they did not mention a tentative date/time. Maybe it was a good thing I held off on that Calvin Elite, hopefully it's not in two years. :)

If you check with us in a couple weeks we will have a good idea of the release of this. It should be in summer 2015 but I will know for sure in a couple weeks.

Cheers,

I am excited for the 700 trigger I have on order for my long range/field hunting 7mm RM. I just noticed on their upcoming list, a Tikka T3 trigger is in the works. If I like the remington, I have a strong feeling one of those T3 triggers might migrate over to my .308 bush gun. I'll be paying close attention for that trigger to become available.

Just played with the TriggerTech trigger on a Remington 700 today...zero creep. It's real. Mats said they should start shipping next week.
