Dead trigger on glock

You did not solve any problem. You replaced the entire trigger system with a new one LOL. That's like finding an oil leak and replacing the engine! job well done, oil leak fixed.
No. I had a starter that didn't work so I replaced the starter. And now it works.

What you are suggesting is to tear the starter apart and spend a ton of time screwing around rewinding the coils only to find the magnets are screwed. I saved time and annoyance and got a better trigger in the end. Totally happy with the result.

You can completely disassemble a Glock in about 5 minutes without the need for any real tools. Checking the bend of the connector or the plunger would have taken the OP less time than it took for him to post his last message. Glocks are basically Kinder Egg toys for grown ups!

so this was interesting.
i was sitting back last night in my den watching some YouTube videos and i was playing with the G20 and when i had the magazine out, hit or miss.
when i put the magazine in, no miss.
out, some misses.
in, no misses.

is this maybe just a thing because the 10mm is so much bigger that trigger bar needs to be squished between the magazine and the frame so it doesn't bend and not fire???

Hmmm, that is interesting, but I don't think it was designed like that. I have a G21 (.45 acp) which is a comparable sized and very similar internal pistol and it's trigger is fine. Mag in or out. Loaded or empty. Is your frame cracked where a through pin goes?

week is busy, but im planning on taking it fully down and cleaning it and going through each piece.
ill update when i can get that done.
but visibly im not seeing anything jumping out at me.

Looks like they are offering to buy them back so you have another option šŸ˜‰. Also, video testing of the product and its failures are not really just an online review.
if you seriously believe a deadblow hammer hitting the back of the slide indicates its not drop safe you should pull your head out of the sand. it inflicts 10x more force on the trigger group and gun then any natural fall ever would. Johnny glocks is a woodshop teacher with a glock armorers course goofball who just polishes glock parts and resells them as his own triggers, he is not an engineer. FYI his 4311 trigger is a precocked striker trigger and he doesnt have any mallet test videos on his channel for that trigger.. i wonder why.. (PS he hired the engineer from timney to design that 4311 trigger) so thats really not even his. and out of all of of their triggers sold they had only 1.2% request a full refund. the rest decided to keep the original trigger shoe and a few hundred requested the USPSA version.

Here is a guy who calls out Johnny glock and does a drop test.

How do you know only 1.2% requested a full refund?

insider information. everyone else kept them because they dont care about a clickbait video. FYI when the trigger goes " dead" it doesn't set off the primer, it just goes dead(doesnt fully release the striker). i did the same stupid tests on mine and thats what happened. i followed the SAAMI industry standard drop test for civilian use and mine passed everything without a hiccup, no ignited primer.

they did make changes to the backplate and trigger shoe as per their youtube videos, in order to prevent idiots igniting rounds by hitting their guns with a hammer :ROFLMAO::rolleyes:.

they do take care of their customers and did adjust the design ( even if one of their customers is a direct competitor who went out of his way to make the trigger fail and then cry its unsafe), they sent JG the new USPSA levers and he said in one of ben stoegers video comment section " its a great competition trigger" naturally no follow up video by JG on the new levers because its not in his financial interest.
