Inspired by this thread, despite having been fixated on Surefire products for at least 2 decades, I bought a real Streamlight Protact Rail mount HL-X
when I was in the USA recently. Excellent deal for US$100, although the slightly too short power cord prevents ideal mounting on my setup, had to turn the switch pad 180 degrees from what I'd prefer- first world problems again.
