Well boys sorry to break it to you, but when I don't know you, post count is a version of credibility on a forum.

Why might you ask? Because if you cant be bothered to take time to participate in a forum you voluntarily joined but have time to post complaint messages about how you got shafted, why should I care? My initial impression of you will be, that you are a whiner.

If you want me to care about you or your issues with a dealer, post some messages first, join some debates, argue with people wether your right or wrong and put a personality you handle. Then start slagging people. Otherwise your nothing but a newby with a complaint with zero credibility.

Im still waiting to see pictures of this damage that warrents a 25% refund. By the way, not all floor models deserves to be discounted for a sale.

Now if you will excuse me, I need to go create a second account and complain about Goble's world class service. Everyone here can at least jump on that band wagon.

There is no forum around that uses your post count or trade rating as creditability to be nice to a person or to be a #### like you are being to the OP. People join forums to be able to interact with others about something that they all have a passion for. It's guys like you that get nice guy's like us infractions like I got because of a guy like you how thinks he is the god all mighty and who thinks he knows everything when intact you know very little. So what I am saying is can we all just get along we are here because we all have a passion of guns so If someone posts something that you don't like then how about this just don't comment on what they are posting.

Well said Savage78. You are A-Okay in my book. I am going to get a Savage78 tattoo. Unless you are not a super hot lady. If that is the case, I will just post this to show my approval.

Buying from most of the dealers is not a leap of faith. I have bought guns from Frontier, Arms East, Questar, North Pro, sfrc, Fishing World, Saskatoon Gunworks, Wolverine and the guns showed up exactly as promised without me doing hours of due diligence or getting proof it was a new gun. My sfrc nea had an issue and it was easy to get ahold of them and nea and it was fixed very quickly.
(I have bought at Cabellas and Wholesale sports locally and am pleased).

Buying guns on the internet is easy from well run companies. I wanted to buy from Wanstals but haven't found the next gun I wanted there yet.

I have bought from IRun, but that doesn't go on my success list. Although I did end up with a gun and that part is cool.

I am in OPs corner. I love buying guns and love reading about them. I am not content to consider this a 'buyer beware' hobby.

wow! 183 posts in this thread so far, some are funny, and some are not. All i can say is, i feel sorry for the OP. That is definitely not new. I have dealt with WWSC a few times, bought mostly ammo from them. not pleased with their store service on this at all. But, you can always sell it on the EE here as barely used for $100 more than you paid for it.....LOL

I know you don't want to have to wait for another but you REALLY don't want to keep this one . If they never disclosed the true condition of the gun what other information has been withheld . I don't know about you but I don't think I would be comfortable firing the first shot unless it was from a remote rest .
My vote is to just put it back in the box and send it back . You would be better off waiting ,someone else will have a similar model in soon and with better support .

Certainly appears that the OP was deceived, but come on now, we have all seen the pictures! First shot from a remote rest!?!?

You sound a tad bit ridiculous sir.

Becouse of scratches? So if your neighbor shoots a sks do you move one province over?

I have been there, and must say the people there are all about the sales. Of course running a business, that's the way it goes. But, your right. NIB should not come with any wear except from a function test. As for EBOLA's post... sounds like someone had a bad childhood. Thanks for posting. I will surely avoid dealing with WWSC.

I really hate these type of whinny posts....did the OP buy his NEW sig at a reduced price because it was a floor model and then have a little temper tantrum because it has a wee bit of wear?

Grow up....if I have a problem with a business or a deal I made the last thing I would do is come on here an post it....if you don't like a business or its practices, boycott it....or take up the matter in small claims court.
And then if you win your small claims court, then post the TRUE STORY and OUTCOME! otherwise IMHO its just hearsay whining. I don't know the OP at all, why should I believe he is truthful with the story and pics? Does he work for a competative store, is he a disgruntled worker, are there unknown social ties, questions, questions questions?????
But by all means.....jump on the OP's bandwagon if you want and carry on!!!!

Seriously!!!

No i dont work in the industry... I wirk in the security industry and I am s college student taking criminal justice.....

I don't think you need to explain your self to some one such as "Ebola or Hawk"who's judgmental based on some self made twisted theory. It's a forum, where we come to share out thoughts, get info or exchange. Usually I ignore such comments but couldn't resists but to drop few lines. You go ahead & do what's right for you. There are some fine folks here who will go above & beyond to help you out with suggestion or info. Best of luck sorting it out.

OP - after paying that much $$ for a pistol, you deserve one BNIB and not what you received. You should consider contacting the manufacturer and let them know (receipts, pics and all). Chargeback is also at your disposal.

All I'm saying is that he has no idea what else is wrong . you can fire it if you would like to , would you prefer to be called "Lefty " or "Stumpy" ,personally I don't fire guns I don't trust !!!

I know if I spent that much on a Sig I'd be pretty pissed too if showed up with those wear marks, the first photo especially..
Send it back, get a full refund, and buy another one from somewhere else.

I can attest to the incompetence and dishonesty of Wild West Shooting Centre - I recently made a big purchase there and had loads of issues with the product. When I called there was very little accountability. These posts aren't slander, they are pure honesty.

196 posts and still nothing from WWSC!?!? My money is on this thread disappearing like magic when they finally check their forum. I have visited this place and the comments are pretty much on par. Tons of tourists, lousy service. They make their money on overpriced reloads on their range. They were bad a year and a half ago, and even worse a month ago when I was there last. The way they have let this thread go without any comment is a testament to how much they care about gun enthusiasts. They only care about tourists!

+1 on the post count! Woot Woot! Maybe in like 10 years, I'll gain a sliver of respect from a grand master like EBOLA!

Op, sucks to hear about getting burned. I've been to Wild West a couple times. Terrible service in the retail shop. I couldn't convince anyone to talk to me my first time there (and they weren't even busy). Staff knowledge is a crapshoot, and it seems that those who didn't know just made sh!t up to get me to leave them alone. Prices seemed high for pretty much everything (including their ammo "deals").

As some others mentioned, I would complain to sig directly about the quality of finish on your "brand new, unfired pistol". If you do t get anywhere, them a chargeback through the credit card would be appropriate. You may have to pay return shipping but at least the vendor will get dinged on their end too.

I'm also really disappointed (and not surprised) that no one from wwsc hasn't responded to this.

Will u guys leave EBOLA alone. Jeeeze.
It's not his fault that the peak of his social and intellectual status was in high school. Give the guy a bone.

Post count up, EBOLA down !

As for the OP you 1000 percent in the rite! Don't settle my brother
