There have been a few stores in Canada selling refurbished models as 'new in box' models… I'm not saying that's what happened here, but there is a possibility…
 
new is new! Shame on them if this is the case. floor models are often sold by dealers but disclosed as such and discounted with any imperfections disclosed as well. buyer beware!

So a person has to have a high post count and big trader rating to be credible? I agree that a picture would be nice.
 
good thing you posted this, i was going to buy some stuff off them but now i think i wont. what happened to you is complete bull#### man. Their name deserves mud IMO
 
I won't shop their either, they are for tourists. They make enough money on day visits, they don't really give damn about sales tbh. I enquired about join the range to use my own guns, they said that's cool but I'll still have to buy their ammo at $35 a box 9mm...so I left and joined phenix range instead.
 
I thought the same thing. I think the 6 months wait thing was a discouragement tactic by them to get him to want to keep original gun. I don't know but that's my thoughts.
 
I do not need to see pics of the sun come up but it does every day. A horrible place to do business as I have had contact with them before and they are shiesters at best.
 
If its that bad, ask for a refund. If they wont give you a refund, call your credit card company and get them to charge back the purchase then ship the gun off to them.

You sir are a ####. Who makes you judge and jury demanding pictures first. Op bought NEW, was told after the fact that it was "Floor Model". Product disclosure was not made prior to purchase. I hope my post count is not too low for you. OP deserves discount or replacement with free shipping both ways.
