Dear John,

Following up on our recent split: as of lunch today, you still have not contacted the CFC with the reference number that I provided you so that I can in turn legally ship the restricted item back to you and receive the promised refund.

To refresh your memory: I purchased item J58 which was supposed to be a rare Bulgarian tokarev in VG condition. Instead, a common Hungarian M48 refurb showed up. You were informed on October 11th and acknowledged on the following day; however, this has been the extent of your action.

If I pulled a similar stunt on EE, I'm certain that folks would be calling me a fraud while applying the tar and feathers.

Are you going to take care of this?

Now we wait for the boundless supporters of Marstar to chime in with pearls of: "I have had nothing but success, try calling, the e-mail and fax are just for show you dummy..." stories. Clearly it is just a 3 month old understanding and it must be robin2y's fault. wah wah wah not.

seems to be alot of these threads lately.

Ive only ever dealt with marstar in non "firearms" purchases so I have not comment.
 
Yup.

And I suspect that as usual, once Our Hero 'pulls the file' from whatever orifice...er...OFFICE... he was storing it in - we will find out that once again, the customer was wrong and Our Hero was right!
