I like your decision making process. When in doubt about which rifle to buy, just buy them all. Maybe I'll apply that logic myself.
Heh, it does cut down on the need for actual thought processes alright.

Kinda tough on the bank account though.
Had a nice day with nothing pressing on the agenda, so went out back to sight in the SL8 and CX4. I'd made another couple of gongs, and also a wheeled target stand that could be easily moved back and forth. I spooled out the 100m tape measure, placed the gongs at 25, 50 and 100m and the stand at 100 and got to work...
And holy sheepdip, can the SL8 ever shoot!!! Reinforcing the bit of banging I'd done when I received it, using 55g PMC FMJ off the bipod I was maxing out at 2" @ 100m. The best group was actually centered on the bull, but as I used the same target for the CX4 they've been obscured by 9mm holes. Dialing in the scope was a little touchy as there are no clicks, but with a bit of luck I managed to get it perfect. I can hardly wait to try some different ammo off sandbags now, as it should only get better.
The CX4 didn't shoot quite as well, but until I get a scope on it I'm still not too worried about tight groups. The Fastfire is now dialed in for 50m, and the 3" groups in the pic are more than good enough for the casual plinking it's intended for.
Now if only that Tavor would hurry up and get here...
