I think the way the new style safety is backwards
I shoot lefty and I am always bumping the safety up unintentionally and then the damn rifle won't fire lol

Sure you will be able to find a couple parts kits from upgraded rifles.

I got the updated safety to test from its manufactures. I attempted the DIY route. it was very simple. Just one pin to remove. Now its down to fire. I didnt test it in range yet.

Also, need to swap the plastic color markers.

You can pull the plastic plug with a dental pick and swap them out
