Diemaco C8 Uppers, Bolt Carriers & Charging Handles.

These were ones that were ordered online and never paid for/cancelled last time. I'm still waiting on the next shipment.

How did people manage to buy online and not pay??

As for Colt Canada making new ones, fat chance. Do they even have any uppers? I suppose if they still have the dies some new ones could be made.

When CC first became available for civilian sale I suggested the 14.5" C8 profile barrel would be a good seller and I'm pretty sure the response from them was that it would never happen. Besides, I'd much prefer the honest wear from an ex MIL/LEO gun. I wouldn't be able to afford new anyway judging by the Colt M16A1 reissue.

I mention it to them. The response was that they were thinking about just offering parts so people can build a clone, not a complete rifle.

They have a notification system that sends you an email when it's back in stock.

Correct, and I was on that list.

But for people who aren't constantly sitting at a computer or connected to a cellular network, a few minutes delay in receiving the email can mean you either get it or miss out. I was on a job site, and didn't get the email alert until I reconnected to my network.

Another pre-order system may give those type of people a better chance than the keyboard warriors. Just my 2 cents.

Seriously? Look how well the pre order worked out. No shows and non payment, calling people on the list until you give up and relist on the site.

No more a2 post uppers being produced. All IUR runs now.

Which I find hard to believe.

If the CF has another upgrade I have a hard time believing it will be without a FSB. I've been wrong before though.
Truth is they'll make whatever the customer wants.

I never said they weren't looking at IURs. Prototypes have existed for a few years and all the ones I've seen photos of have a FSB.

I could be wrong but I think I may know who was pushing no FSB at CC and I don't believe he works there anymore. Besides, it doesn't matter what CC tries to push, if DND says they want 100 000 20" MRRs with a FSB than that's what CC will build them.

From what I been told DND want to go to a MMR type rail system, but they want to retain the FSB because they wait to use existing barrels.
