Well... I couldn't help myself. I got a SA15.7, and it couldn't be complete if it didn't have an Elcan... Also threw on some other bits on it to round it out.

Have taken it shooting a few times now and it's been working flawlessly.

Especially when it is this nice...

So this is my custom colt Canada. Except for the Geissele rail and the DD gas block, it’s 100% CC parts. Barrel is an 11.6” MRR.

Do the S.A15.7 and S.A20 have 4 or 6 position reciever extentions? Do they both use HH buffers?

They have 6 position receiver extensions and both have hh buffers.

And the sa15.7/20 series also have m4 feed ramps.

Did you have to do anything special to mount the gas block? I thought the mrr featured a propietery gas block mounting method?

If you take a look at the original post, its a DD gas block. Just wondering, did you try to use the CC gas block under the rail? I tried putting the MRR barrel under a KAC URXII (20549) and it was just a bit to high. One other thing is why did you take the MRR out of its MLOK upper just to put an MLOK handguard on it?

I know thats why im asking did the gas block just line up on the barrel shoulder with no problems? And yes the cc gas block will be a bit taller because of the straight gas tube vs the standard m4/c8 gas tube.
