Dispute over SMD-12 classification

My support to all of you who are really caring about our future of shooting and hunting in this country, especially to Dlask arms.

The best support would be to buy one! Everyone with a little spare cash should own one of these things.

With the Hogue Tamer (it sounds like) it might be perfect for IHMSA!

 Err...Wait. Nevermind.

 Just forget I said anything.

sendero , what is the over all length with the stock ? I got the Badger Ordinance picatinney for my 14" , what rail is on yours ?

The stock is the Hogue Short LOP (11.5in) and the total is 26 1/8

The rail is actually a Near that will sit on top of my TRG-42. In fact, the complete kit on the pic is for the sako. There is nothing screwed on top of the shorty yet...

So I have the funds to purchase on of those... What is th final word on classification ?
Thanks

No such thing as a final word when it comes to firearm classification in this country.

I imagine it will be some time till Dlask gets his say in court, so until he posts differently the 8.5's marked SMD-12 are restricted and the 8.5's marked 870 are non-restricted.

Just buy one! :D

If they hadn't arrived while I was in a financial black hole I'd have bought two.

It's on my list... But DLASK won't answer emails... to buisy building these cool little shotguns I would think :D

I'm experiencing the same problem. I will still get one if/when they reply.

I think Dlask is on vacation for another two weeks , out of country but i'm not sure .
