is wrong i will be standing right in front of them when i am asking for some assistance with it, much harder to be ignored that way.
Good post, i don't see why people can't critize a company based on their personal experience.

on me.That is good and when I get little lifts like that I make sure I buy something even slightly overpriced to ensure that they feel they have done well. I was in AG Parker in Birmingham and every bit I asked for was either in the scrap bin and thus free or £2 for finding it. A while back I called Elwood Epps to deal on a FN Mauser sporter. The fellow I spoke to went and physically got the gun from the rack, and gave me a detailed and objective description. He e-mailed a few minutes later with excellent photos. I bought the rifle, and have to say it was at least as good as described.
Those are the kinds of dealers we need to encourage - and that's at least as important as shining the light on the bad ones.
Let me tell what happened to me just today. I was in Dawson Creek, with a .30-06 barrel that I wanted cut & crowned. I walked into Corlanes, and asked their 'smith if he could do it for me when he got a chance....he said "Give it here; I just happen to have the lathe set up to do a brake.."
Less than ten minutes later he handed it back, perfectly cut & crowned, just as I had asked. I asked "What do I owe you?"...to which he replied.."That's alright; I had the lathe set up anyway...no charge."
To my thinking, THAT is good customer service - he could have easily charged me a normal fee, and I'd never have known the difference. But he didn't, and you know darn well where I'll have my next rifle built. And they deserve to be recognized for it.
