I ordered a rifle last week.
Made in China (please put a dancing banana if you think I deserve this for buying chinese stuff, and hold the rest of the comments)

The company shiiped me the rifle - in grease. Lots of iol and grease.
Opening the package... you know the thrills.
Wiping down the grease.... ohhh the stock has a huge crack.
took a picture, e-mailed them and called - bad luck - today is closed, Rememberance Day

Well , if I got it, le's see how it feels regardless. :( :( :( the rear sight is missaligned so bad that the channel aims to the right of the front hood.

the rifle was packed in plastic, sealed, so I assume they didn't inspect the merchandise before shipping, BUT

I have a sour taste about this deal. Is it normal to ask for a total refund instead of just replacing the item? How about shipping? back and forth comes to 80$

I ask these as I do not know what is customary in this situation... first time screw-up on a firearm buy.

Since they shipped you a broken firearm, I would expect them to cover the return shipping and either give you your money back, fix the problem, or replace with a firearm in proper condition. In no way should you be expected to pay for their screw up. This is what I would expect of a reputable company. If the dealer does not do this, come on here and badmouth them so we can avoid them in the future.

They should give you a full refund, or replace at no cost to you. Now will they? I doubt it. At best you will probably end up paying the shipping. At worst you will get shafted.

x2. If they shipped the gun to you in this condition then they should fix the problem for you. Afterall it is their fault. If they don't then go ahead and post the company name so we can all avoid them.

I did not buy it from Marstar. Marstar was out of those crappy cheap...@!#$#!$%!%!

I refrain from mentioning the name of that company until I have contacted them and hear what they have to say.
They way I feel : I want my money back !

who was the moron that came with the banana idea? Call me Bonita from now on:runaway:

I have a 1911 and a M305, both very good.

I thought about buying two Norcs in 22. The ones I liked was the M332, JW 15 and JW25. I couldn't make up my mind betweenthe 15 and 322, so I got the 25 - Mauser look-alike.

not a bad resemblance, but....
