Dlask 10/22 barrels, opinions

I got a couple. A 12.5” CF stainless, and a 16” blued.

Both are accurate, and well made. They have the sporter chamber so there are no worries if you plan on shooting stingers. I’m not sure what happened with your friends barrel, but it sounds like there might be more to it?

I would recommend them, and buy them again.

Green mountain blanks as far as I know. Sounds like a story being worn out in 1000 rounds (Norrell trigger?)

Only way I can really think of to wear out a 22 barrel is running thousands of externally lubed 22lr through it that you dropped in sand or dirt and didn't clean off before you fired them. That was a common issue in the old west with heeled bullets like 22 rimfire.

Dlask barrels excel

Dlask carbon fibre wrapped Sporter 18.5" barrel with a Tuff receiver helps make my wife's 10/22 a tack driver.

All of the receivers, bolts, barrels, and muzzle brakes that I have bought and used are of excellent quality. Never had any kind of problem and have barrels with many thousand rounds that are very accurate. CANADIAN also

I have a Dlask .920” 16.5” stainless on my Kidd/Dlask biuld.
Shoots great with most ammo. But prefers standard velocity 40g

Shot some 50yrd 1/2” groups but usually I am around the 3/4” mark

HV hollow points are 3/4-1” @ 50yrds

I have not tried match grade ammo in it yet.

I had to warm my tuff22 receiver up to press the barrel in.
In a stock ruger receiver it was loose. For what it’s worth.

I have probably 3-4000k rounds though it. Can’t remember the last time I cleaned the barrel?
