Took my Dlask 9" GSG out, that said works. Using their recommended non BL/GSG adjustable trigger screw ( since it apparently causes issues )

12 out of 20 Federal 525 bulk 22. Had to be ram rodded out of the chamber. I was damaging the knife blade of my Swiss Army knife by prying. It was that jammed into the chamber. The Extractor would only bring it out a few MM's and then skip over. Judging by the ring on the fired case there an issue with the chambering.

CCI Mini mags were the only one that ran decent, but still has 2 out of 20 jams.

CCI Subsonic HP, 3 out of 5 failed to #### the hammer back. Herters .22 ran the same as the CCI Sub sonic HPs.

The Subsonic HP and Federal were previously tested with my factory barrel with no where near the failure rate as with 9" GSG.

No matter how tight/loose I held it, there was no change. I even loosed the screws on the receiver, and removed my clamped on scope mount. Thinking it might been causing the bolt to bind. No change.

I'll be putting in the factory barrel and re doing the tests. Can't say I'm impressed.

Did Dlask install it or did you? I installed my own and had to file a notch for the extractor. I also gave the receiver end of the barrel a bit of a polishing to smooth out the insertion/extraction of rounds.

Instead of jumping straight to 'internet outrage', have you actually been in contact with Dlask?

If there is a visible ring on the case, can you get good pictures? Send those in too. To Dlask.

Every outfit that produces stuff (as opposed to making one at a time Custom work) has the odd piece slip through that does not meet their standards.

Talk to them first.

Yes they installed it, and ensured me it was was working 100%. Upon further inspection. No it's not a carbon ring. Look at this botched chamber.

Normally I would agree. But due to circumstances. I'm excommunicado.

Deleted emails, not answer phone calls. Showed them the photo. They deleted it.

I'm barred from doing business with Dlask and I got a 350$ barrel, that cannot be fixed. So I'm on my own.

Before ppl say that I damaged it removing the shells. Or did it purposely to damage Dlask reputation. I did not. I was super excited to get this. My dream was to always have a MP5. So this was closest I could to the dream.

If it was a cleaning rod, the gouges would be inline with the chamber.

Why not take it to a gunsmith and have them run a chamber reamer through it. If its undersized like it seems like this will most likely fix the problem.

Assuming you still have rifle/barrel the wanted to pursue it. I saw you were selling your rifle on the EE with the original barrel.

I talked to a gun smith. The gouges are too deep and reamer wouldn't help. Liner cannot be done due to the chamber end is too thin. And cannot cut back the barrel and re chamber it, Due to it being a 9"

My father wants to try and fix it. But doing so, would leave a oversized chamber and excessive blow by, and It still not going to be 100% reliable.

Seems people could care less that they chambering may be bubba. As long as it works, they don't care. Esp when people are paying 350$ for these barrels.

Man by looking in the photos,it's hurt, sorry okayshooter, sad that Dlask wont sort it out... clearly a manifacture flaw

Yeah it's brutal.

Someone was like you should have seen it when you cleaned the barrel, before taking it to the range. But you cannot see inside the chamber when it's install on the gun.

Tried a standard like 1" inspection mirror. But they are too big to fit inside, to get a better look. So only other method is some sort of 5.5mm inspection camera, or splitting the gun to remove the barrel/breech.

i assumed you were selling your rifle bcos they bought back the barrel. wow, im surprised they wont sort this out. if i were them i would've bought the barrel back just to take it off circulation.

I was selling it due to when is enough? The lost of 350$ on this barrel ( 200$ for the barrel, 85$ install, and 35-40$ shipping each way ) was a kick in the nuts. I mean I got close to 2K invested in making it a MP5. Between the replacement gun, parts, accessories, barrel ETC.

They just delete any posts asking to explain this. I highly doubt Dlask is going to contact me, and make it right. And I'm not gonna suck up to Dlask. Being barred from business was fine with me, I got my barrel. But wasn't expecting a junk barrel.

Well that is kind of not needed usually, when you buy new you expect to have it in new shape and dlask was thrusty so far with the number of barrel they made since forever,so you expect something made with quality.Manifacture-quality check flaw for sure ...

You must beging to hate the GSG-16 platform !
