Dlask FA BCG NiB

I got my BCG today too and I don't have my gas tube yet but if you look at the gas key where the tube is inserted it doesn't look right. I hope it works when I get the rest of my parts.
I also just used a punch and restaked it for good measure, wouldn't want it to come loose.

I just received my NIB BCG today in the mail and it looks great and is staked. The issue I am now having when I switched it out for my stag bcg is the the gas tube is getting stuck in it. I removed the bcg and the gas tube came with it. Took me 10 minutes to get it unlogged. It is a NEA gas tube BTW. Anyone else having this issue? Is this just a break in thing?

Website says: Ice Arms manufactured M16 BCG w/ Nickel Boron finish. Bolt has been Magnetic Particle Inspected.

My NIB bcg showed up today. I'm new to AR's, but the machining looks good. Gas key bolts are staked. Will have my AR guy look at it tomorrow. So far I have no complaints.

I'm expecting mine tomorrow or Wed according to the tracking info. If so, it'll get a good test on the weekend.

To KENDO: The machining looks good? If you can see it...then it's not good.

My Review:

Lots of chatter on my bolt, Dull tools?
No chamfer on the Bolt lugs. Gas key looks obviously cast.
Machining marks everywhere on the carrier.
Ejector Roll pin to long...just kind of hacked off. Not counter sunk.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST!!! THE GAS TUBE WILL NOT GO INTO THE CARRIER

So , again. Back goes another defective product to DLASK.






edit: Yes the staking is half ass.

Am I expecting to much? I have had Spikes, STAG, DMPS , Armalite and Daniel Defense. NONE! have looked like this.
All are smooth like butter. All worked flawlessly.
