Dlask FA BCG NiB

Here is what I know.

The business account here at CGN belongs to Dlask Arms Corp. and the person that runs ICE works with Dlask Arms. At one point, that business relationship ended, probably very recently.

So here is the simplified version. We look at Dlask/ICE as a single entity until they split. We are going to look up to both Dlask and ICE as to how they solve the issue before the split. For issues after the split, it is up to ICE, which is not a business member here after the split.

We are waiting for both Dlask and ICE to lay out the road map as to how they are going to carry on and divide up the responsibilities, amidst the many issues that were reported.

Oh and I just ordered a Spikes Tactical Nickel Boron BCG and Bolt. Gotta pay to play with the right gear

Cost me 300$ plus tax and shipping and special ordered so dunno how long until it shows. But when it does. MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA !!!

NEA and Dlask the same companies? I never even considered that as an option but I prefer to chew my tinfoil rather than fashion hats out of it . I'd agree with you that both companies made similar mistakes, each just handled those mistakes differently. Dlask didn't stoop to shilling to try and convince CGners that their product was good. NEA didn't leave their customers having to call their credit card companies to reverse the charges.

Do any of you know this for a fact? Kinda of puzzled as to the advantage of NEA to be ICE and sell BCG with Dlask as opposed to just selling them themselves through their existing sales network?

It cost me an extra 100$ more over a Ice Arms pile of crap but from everything I've read about them they are amazing and really high quality. And it's still a mil spec part just with the additional nickel boron plating.

I'm really excited as this will be my first AR build.

I wouldn’t know, but I very seriously doubt that NEA and Ice have anything to do with each other.

It wouldn’t make sense unless this was a plan to sell all their sub-par junk under a different name… but I seriously doubt that.

Yup I know all about them. My first build was 99% complete (minus a bcg) when these icearms bcg's came out. I would have just ordered a Spikes NiB had they been in stock and saved myself the headache of thinking I just paid $240 for a turd.

Ended up with a like new Stag BCG and I'm happy happy happy.
Guess what? It fits, and feeds, and fires, and extracts!

If Questar ever have any Spikes Nib BCG's in stock, I will be forced to buy one to match my Spikes upper and keep the Stag for my next build.

It sounds like we both learned a valuable lesson from icearms when it comes to discounted gun parts! lol
I normally buy quality tools/gear, but was tempted by the timing of their release.

Actually I was fortunate and saw all the problems pouring in and didn't buy anything from Ice or Dlask. And I'm very thankful I didn't now.

Is ICE arms real? Is it an elaborate scam company? No serious company would charge my credit card over 2 months ago and not provide 1 single response by email!!

Post 254 was me and I still haven't received any tracking info. I spoke to them yet again yesterday and was told that they now have the BCG's (phosphate one at least, didn't ask about NIB) in stock and that I would have tracking by this afternoon (Thursday). Apparently there were some permit and import delays at the border.

Communication from this company has been non existent unless I initiated it myself. They have never replied to email, rarely replied to text messages. The only way I've ever got them consistently is by phone and they have no voice mail as far as I can tell.

We'll have to see how the quality is on the new batch. I'll update as soon as I have tracking info and will also put up some pics. If the QC seems better I hope they can sort out their customer service issues or they will probably have a rough go of it in the long term.

At week 20 I canceled my order for the same thing, no ETA, hope you have better luck

I tell you what guys, this is why I didn’t buy one… when people starting asking about specs Ice Arms/Dlask became defensive…

What specs do you want to know? And just as a point of interest.....I find it funny how so many people who are shooting "five round semi autos" need specs so bad. REAL specs on AR parts.....are really only needed for full auto or HIGH END long range target shooting. This comment comes from "thousands" of bloggers in the USA by the way. But ask away.....I will tell you anything you wish to know.

Interesting now that peoples bolts are falling apart… also I notice their dealer forum is starting to disappear.
