Do any of you guys use a dirtbike instead of a quad?

I used my Lifan and Suzuki trail bikes to get back in the woods for black bear season this spring. The yearling I got was so small I could have slung him over the Suzuki's gas tank to haul him out, too.

I just hauled my SKS in a soft case over my back. I took my twelve gauge in the case, but a couple times I broke it down and carried it in a guitar bag, too. You can't "road hunt" this way, obviously.
 
Never personally used either one but have had freind haul game out for me with a quad. Personally wouldn't own one but never turned down the help.
