Well, over the last couple months, my wife has been enjoying her very first deer rifle. Every time i handle it i wonder if i went too far in getting her everything she wanted (she wanted pretty, just so we are all clear, i was in charge of quality control) I suppose you could say i am a bit jealous, especially since i exhausted the gun buying account for a while with this one.
What she got:
Remington Model Seven, stainless synthetic, chambered in 260 rem.
Sighted with a Leupold Vari-X Compact 3-9x33 mm (old stock, but NIB)
Held in place with Leupold 2 peice bases and dovetail rings
I am trying my hardest not to commadere this rifle for mulie season, but i hope she knows that if i ever get drawn for sheep, she will be sans rifle for a bit.
