Bent like the others..... The folder itself is also slightly bent. As well as the pistol grip; But nothing id loose sleep over.

The bend in the receiver however is unacceptable for me, hence it is going back to TI as soon as I get word.

No they have not! They only just shipped the quadrails to AB so I expect they will be starting onshipping rifles with quadrails next week. I'm not expecting mine for at least 2 weeks maybe more.

The cheese grater quadrail seemed like a dumb idea to me right from the start... little did we know it would literally f--k over the delivery date for those who ordered this $200 + tax piece of melted and CNC'd coke cans.

To be fair, TI should send your rifles first and then send the quadrail when it's available separately. The only reason these customers are waiting an extra few weeks is because TI wants to maximize their profit on your $35 shipping fee - which is BS to begin with on orders over $1k. Most other sponsors ship for free if you're dropping several bills... and they ship FAST too, in comparison!

I don't understand why TI wasn't upfront about the quad rail situation from the beginning. I'm sure the guys that ordered quad rails would have preferred getting their rifle and waiting for the QR instead of waiting and wondering this whole time.

It's pretty simple. Some companies view customer convenience as a nice thing when it randomly works out. Others strive for it and spend a little extra to make it happen.

Could not have put it any better!!!! Why ship twice when you can wait a month and get it all then

Also has everyone else got their tracking # :-/!?!?!?

Btw where is youza ???

Shipping T81 rifles to make good on the promise they were all shipped yesterday?

Who knows.

The fine print: I am not asserting youza works at TI, nor trolling anyone to that effect. I am making a sarcastic reference akin to "who the hell knows".

WTB: Your bent Type 81 rifles

Hello, looking to buy any and all bent T81 rifles $350. No bend is too bad. Why waste time with a refund? I will buy your rifle as is!

(JK lol, I hope people actually get their money back)
